Established in 2017 by members of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated®️, Eta Chi Omega Chapter of Lafayette, Louisiana, the purpose of the Ivy Legacy Foundation of Acadiana, Incorporated is to enhance the quality of life, create positive lasting impacts, and inspire individuals and families in our community through scholarship, leadership, and service. The mission includes but is not limited to assisting families through advancing cultural arts, encouraging healthy lives, promoting economic well-being, providing educational experiences to youth, awarding scholarships, and improving global conditions.
The Foundation is exempt from federal income tax under IRS Section 501(c)(3).
We've got a responsibility to live up to the legacy of those who came before us by doing all that we can to help those who come after us.
